These terms apply to bookings, memberships and visits made through this website or in person at Jimmy White's Sports Lounge, Kingfield Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 9AA. [Company details to be confirmed]

1. Membership

Membership is required to play on our tables or use our other facilities. Membership runs for one year. When you join online, auto-renewal starts switched off, so your membership simply runs to its renewal date and then lapses unless you renew manually. You can switch auto-renewal on at any time from your account's Membership page — once it's on, your membership renews automatically on your renewal date unless you switch it off again beforehand.

We offer four membership tiers:

Full Access — £50/yr — all tables, darts, shuffleboard and the bar
Over 65s / Blue Light / NHS — £40/yr — all tables, darts, shuffleboard and the bar
Junior — £25/yr — all tables and shuffleboard, plus the bar
Bar — £20/yr — £1 pool tables, darts, shuffleboard and the bar

2. Bookings and payment

Bookings are made and paid for online in advance, or at the counter on the day, using our test-mode Stripe checkout for card payments. A booking is confirmed once payment has been taken. Table time is priced per hour and varies by table type, time of day and whether the booking is a standard session or a match.

A guest surcharge of £5 per guest applies to bookings with guests, on every table type except darts, which is already priced per person.

3. Cancellation policy

You can cancel a booking from your account at any time before it starts:

More than 3 hours before the start time — you receive a full refund.
Within 3 hours of the start time — you are charged half the booking price (rounded up), with the remainder refunded.

4. Conduct

We want everyone to enjoy their visit. We ask all members and guests to treat staff, other members and the club's equipment with respect. The club may refuse entry, end a session, or suspend membership for behaviour that is abusive, unsafe, or damages our tables or equipment.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep our tables, equipment and premises safe. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we accept liability for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or acting negligently, but we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
